About Me
Hi, I'm Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel better, move better, and reconnect with their bodies. My journey into massage therapy began during COVID, after earning my teaching degree. While exploring my interests, I discovered a passion for understanding how the body works and how hands-on care can make a real difference. I graduated from the American Massage & Bodywork Institute in early 2021 and quickly found a career I truly fell in love with. For the first six years of my career, I worked in chiropractic offices, where I gained valuable experience working with clients experiencing muscle tension, pain, and mobility concerns. These experiences shaped my therapeutic approach and taught me how personalized massage can make a meaningful difference in how someone feels day to day.
While I enjoy the relaxing side of massage, my heart is in therapeutic massage. I love getting to know my clients, understanding what their bodies need, and seeing the difference that consistent, intentional care can make. Every body is different, and I believe each session should be customized to the individual—not a one-size-fits-all experience.
I’m grateful to have found a career that allows me to combine my love of anatomy, helping others, and creating a space where people can take a moment to slow down, feel cared for, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
My Story
Why I Started Traveling to Clients
I became a massage therapist because I've always believed that the body has an incredible capacity to heal — it just needs the right support. After years of working in traditional spa and medical settings, I kept noticing the same thing: clients would arrive stressed from the commute, tense from the waiting room, and spend the first half of their session just trying to relax.
That's when I decided to bring the experience to them. When you're in your own space — your own home, your own bed, your own environment — you drop into relaxation so much faster. The work goes deeper. The results last longer. It just makes sense.
I've been serving clients throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas ever since, and I couldn't imagine doing it any other way.

My Approach
What to Expect When You Work With Me
Every session begins with a brief conversation about what's going on in your body and what you're hoping to get out of our time together. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I blend techniques based on what your body needs that day, whether that's slow and restorative or focused and therapeutic.
Personalized Care
No two sessions are the same. I adapt pressure, technique, and focus to your body's needs in the moment.
Safe & Comfortable
Your comfort is always the priority. I maintain the highest standards of draping, hygiene, and professional conduct.
Genuine Connection
I take time to listen. Understanding your goals and concerns is just as important as the hands-on work.
